Honey & Maple began as a personal exploration rooted in the kitchen, shaped in the field, and guided by a desire to craft a life well lived. Founded by Mariah Henry, a farmer and chef with over a decade of experience, it has grown into a creative ecosystem at the intersection of food, farming, and design.

We stand on the belief that a life well lived can be created from what’s around you. This is grounded in intention and expressed through accessible luxury. Through curated offerings, immersive experiences, and thoughtful design, Honey & Maple transforms spaces while contributing to the building of more resilient food communities.
